Super Lemon Haze or SLH, for short, has quite the history. It won the 2008 and 2009 High Times Cannabis Cup award for best Sativa, cementing its place in cannabis lore.
Creating the strain was no easy task. Arjan from Green House Seeds took the scenic route in developing Super Lemon Haze.
Arjan first took the ever-popular Super Silver Haze and crossbred it with the offspring of Haze x Skunk#1 x Northern Lights #5.

This strain has a wonderful flavor and aroma! So citrusy and tangy. Although it wasn’t my favorite, the high itself wasn’t horrible. Compared to some of the other sativa strains I’ve tested on this site, the mental effects aren’t as clear, dazzling, and invigorating. Very nice all around, but not my favorite strain.
